Justin R. Fritz


Justin starting Cub Scouts in 1987. He was awarded his Webelos rank in 1990 and moved to Troop 1 in the Scenic Trails Council.  As Justin progressed through the ranks, he enjoyed the activities and adventures of Scouting and held positions within the Troop as Patrol Leader, Senior Patrol Leader, And Junior Assistant Scoutmaster.  In 1993 he was “tapped” to become part of the Order of the Arrow as a Star Scout.  He also earned his God and Country award in 1993.  In 1994 after intense work at the OLT Cemetery in Gaylord, Michigan, Justin received his Eagle Scout Rank in 1994.



Justin’s involvement did not stop with his Eagle Scout Rank. He attended the National Order of the Arrow conference (NOAC) and Leader Training at the Deer Trail Scout Camp in 1994. In 1995 Justin earned his Bronze palm and his Gold Palm in 1995. In 1996, Justin's focus was more on the High Adventure Trips going to the Tinnerman Canoe base in Canada and the Florida Keys. In 1997, Justin attended the National Scout Jamboree at Fort A.P. Hill, Virginia.
